Using this website

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information on this site

Content on this website is general information, not professional, legal, tax or financial advice.

Figures in examples, sample weeks and the savings calculator are illustrations and estimates only, not a promise of results. Your free audit gives an estimate for your own business.

Statistics we quote link to their original sources, which are responsible for their own figures.

The free audit

The free audit has no cost and no obligation. A paid service starts only after you agree to a written proposal or agreement setting out the price, what is included and the terms. If those terms differ from this page, the written agreement applies.

Your responsibilities

  • give accurate information when you contact us
  • do not misuse the website, for example by attacking its security, overloading it or sending spam through its forms
  • do not copy or reuse our content, design or brand without permission

Our content and brand

The Lifti name, logo, design, text and images belong to Lifti or are used with permission. Client websites shown in our work are shown with our clients’ permission and remain theirs. Other product names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to indicate compatibility.

Links to other websites

Links to other websites, including client sites and research sources, are for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Lifti is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
