What happens in the free audit?
We review how your business runs and find the admin that can be automated. You then get a clear price and an estimate of the time and money it should save, before you decide anything. It’s free, with no obligation.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. We do the setup for you, and everything runs inside the email, calendar and invoicing you already use. You can approve things from your phone in a tap.
Which tools do you work with?
Email, calendars, invoicing, payments and your customer list, through each tool’s own secure sign-in. Use something else? We’ll connect it during your audit.
Day to day
Will the system send things without asking me?
Only the routine messages you approve in advance, like booking confirmations and polite payment reminders. Anything new, unusual or important waits for your OK.
Will the messages sound like a robot?
It’s set up to match your tone, based on how you already talk to customers, and you can edit any message before it goes out.
What if the system gets something wrong?
You can see everything it does, and it asks when it is unsure. If something isn’t right, tell us and we adjust it.
